I offer tons of options for workouts like HIIT, Pilates, boxing, strength training, and more. Moreso, I will workout alongside you (virtually) on video either outside, inside, or in a gym settting - if you have the necessary equipment.

HOW IT WORKS: After you schedule your workout day and time, I chat with you via email or video call prior to your workout so I can get a good idea of what your goals are and limitations if there are any. I create a workout routine, including warm-up, workout, and cool down + invaluable conversation about your goals and plans on how to achieve them.

Choose between 20, 40, or 60-minute workout sessions. You can buy individual sessions or multiple 5-packs.

Show up 15 minutes before your 1st scheduled workout with me and we will create a workout plan and then workout!

If necessary, cancel up to an hour beforehand and reschedule at your convenience.

How do we video chat for our virtual workouts?

We will use a unique zoom code login for our virtual workout together. There is also the option of video chatting via phone (for Android users only).

Can I make payments on my workouts?

You can email me at bodybyellefitness@gmail.com and we can discuss payment plan options in advance.

Otherwise, payments should be made in full, and can be paid on this site when you use your member login at the top of the home screen, or when you schedule your workout with me, or when you use my app.

Do I have to have equipment to workout?

No! You can workout without any equipment whether or not you own any. But if you would like to incorporate any workout equipment you have, just let me know on our workout call. :)
